Hi, I’m Kryshonna Michelle!

The founder behind the only licensed hybrid lash school in Tennessee — and the woman who built the path she wished existed when she started.

I'm the proud founder of Urz Professional Spa & Suites and Urz Lash Academy — and I wear many hats. Wife, mother of five, businesswoman, and woman of faith.

But this isn't just business. It's personal.

7 years ago, I was exactly where you might be now:

When I first entered the beauty world, there were no direct pathways for lash artists. You had to go through full cosmetology or aesthetics programs just to learn what you loved.

So I chose to carve a path — not just for myself, but for others. Creating a space where future lash artists can be trained, supported, and licensed without unnecessary obstacles.

Once registration is completed, we'll get you enrolled in the upcoming semester

What happens after I schedule my consultation?

You will receive an email with the link to time for our call. It will be via Google Meet. Please add it to your calendar so you don't miss it.

How long is the program?

The full program takes about 10 weeks. The first 3 weeks will be online. The next 7 weeks will take place in person. We will meet once every 2 weeks.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes we have several different payment options depending on your needs.

Will I be able to start doing lashes after I finish?

Absolutely! You will leave with he confidence, knowledge and tools needed to begin offering lash extensions.

Will I become licensed?

Upon completion of the program, you will take your state board exam. After passing, you will be a licensed lash artist.

What level of support will I receive?

Every student is different. With direct access to your instructor we will ensure that the right level of support is given to you in person and online.
